This is the best place to send support questions, bug reports, purchase or restore questions, privacy requests, and anything in Sprigge that does not work as expected.

What to include

If you are reporting a bug, it helps to include:

  • what you were trying to do,
  • the feature involved, such as Link Import, Smart Import, screenshot import, or cooking mode,
  • your device model and iOS version,
  • the Sprigge app version or build number, if available,
  • a screenshot or short description of what went wrong.

Response time

Sprigge is run by a small independent team. We read support messages carefully and will do our best to respond as soon as possible.
